Please allow up to 3 - 7 working days to process your order. Custom orders may take longer.
Domestic orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post. You will receive notification the day your order is sent including a tracking number. You can track your package through the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/ and app.

HANDMADE
Given the handmade nature of my pieces, please be aware that they may feature slight imperfections and inconsistencies. These in no way affect the functionality of the pieces – in fact I believe they enhance the work! I only list what I would happily purchase and wear.
COLOUR
Please note that due to variations in some screens and monitors, there may be slight variations in colour. Every attempt has been made to represent the product and colours as accurately as possible.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Can I return or exchange purchases I have made?
I offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return and refund policy on all undamaged work (the 30 days starts the day I post you your piece).
Returned jewellery incurs a $15 processing fee (deducted from refund) and,
Earrings incur an additional $15 fee as earring hooks must be replaced for hygiene reasons
Returned artworks will incur the costs of postage to maker as well as a $15 processing fee (deducted from refund)
Your purchase needs to be returned to me as received, undamaged and secure in the packaging provided
Postage costs for return is at the expense of the purchaser.
I offer a 10 day, no questions asked, replacement on damaged or faulty work (the 30 days starts the day I post you your piece).
Contact me as soon as possible to arrange replacement piece
Upon return of any damaged/faulty piece to maker, a replacement will be sent
Cost of returning the damaged/faulty piece will be at the expense of the buyer unless organised otherwise at time of first contact
*NOTE: I really do aim to please and look after my collectors so always feel comfortable to reach out and I'll do my utmost to resolve any concerns.
Can I return or exchange purchases I have received as a gift?
Only the purchaser of a piece can be refunded (see above for particulars), however should you like to swap a purchased gift for an alternate piece please contact me via my CONTACT page, e-mail lynettetiltart@outlook.com or via Instagram within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanges will incur a shipping cost in line with normal shipping rates published on my website.
How should I care for my wearable art?
As with all hand made work, while not high maintenance, care should be taken. Avoid dropping, bending or scratching work. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth only. Avoid chemicals on or near your work and where possible keep jewellery in the beautiful box or packaging received in to minimise chance of damage or loss.
